Smooth muscle relaxant with actions combining the effects of anticholinergics & calcium channel blockers used orally to relax the bladder muscles in incontinence from spinal cord leisons or unstable bladder conditions. It may cause dry mouth blurred vision & drowsiness. Propiverine Hydrochloride is primarily indicated in conditions like Neurogenic bladder Severe nausea and vomiting Urgency and incontinence and can also be given in adjunctive therapy as an alternative drug of choice in Urinary frequency urgency and incontinence.
