About Diclofenac Potassium NSAID anti-inflammatory antipyretic and analgesic. Mechanism of Action of Diclofenac Potassium Diclofenac possess analgesic anti-inflammatory and antipyretic action. It inhibits the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase and there by inhibits the synthesis of Prostaglandins (((PGs))).
