Pharmacology:Bendamustine is an alkylating agent (nitrogen mustard derivative). Use: Labeled Indications Chronic lymphocytic leukemia: Treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) Non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Treatment of indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) which has progressed during or within 6 months of rituximab treatment or a rituximab-containing regimen.
