Ritchkal is 100% natural calcium and contains a range of other minerals such as phosphorus and magnesium. Ritchkal contains Ca:P in a ratio of 2.2:1 which contributes to efficient calcium absorbtion. Ritchkal may be absorbed in the absence of vitamin D. The recommended daily dose is two tablets per day.
