Recommended dosage Adults: 10-20 mg 3-4 times daily with a maximum daily dose of 100 mg. Children: 1-3 months: 1.5 mg 3 times a day 3-12 months: 2.5-5 mg 3 times a day 1-3 years: 5-10 mg 3 times a day 3-6 years: 10 mg 3 times a day 6-12 years: 10-20 mg 3 times a day
