Sptiolto Respimat containes a combination of olodaterol and tiotropium. Olodaterol is a long-acting bronchodilator. Tiotropium is an anticholinergic. These medications work by relaxing muscles in the airways to improve breathing. INDICATIONS AND USAGE Maintenance Treatment of COPD SPIOLTO RESPIMAT is a combination of tiotropium and olodaterol indicated for long-term once-daily maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema. **Important Limitations of Use Spiolto Respimat is not indicated to treat acute deteriorations of COPD. Spiolto Respimat is not indicated to treat asthma. The safety and effectiveness of Spiolto Respimat in asthma have not been established. The recommended dose of Spiolto Respimat is two inhalations once-daily at the same time of the day. Do not use Spiolto Respimat more than two inhalations every 24 hours.
