Endocarditis 2. Pseudomembranous enterocolitis 3. Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection 4. Staphylococcal enterocolitis Interactions for Vancomycin Anion-exchange resins: Antagonism of oral vancomycin by cholestyramine. Aminoglycosides: Risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. Anaesthetics: Erythema and histamine like flushing in children. Nondepolorizing Muscle Relaxants: The neuromuscular blockade may be enhanced.
