ENTYVIO 300 MG VIAL FOR INF

INDICATIONS: Entyvio (vedolizumab) is indicated for adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohns disease (CD) who have had an inadequate response with were intolerant to or demonstrated dependence on corticosteroids or who have had an inadequate response with lost response to or were intolerant to an immunomodulator or a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker. Recommended dosage in UC and CD: 300 mg infused intravenously over approximately 30 minutes at zero two and six weeks then every eight weeks thereafter. Reconstitute ENTYVIO lyophilized powder with Sterile Water for Injection and dilute in 250 mL of sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection or sterile Lactated Ringers Injection
