Interactions for Irinotecan Other antineoplastic agents: Side effects like diarrhoea and myelosuppression may be exacerbated. Dexamethasone: Lymphocytopenia has been observed when coadministered. Diuretics: Because of possibility of causing dehydration with diarrhoea caution should be observed in the use of irinotecan with diuretics.
